With evidence of financing on the part of a Swiss bank
Reservation
Reservation fee on the occasion of signing the reservation contract
Beurkundung
Payment of 20% of the purchase price (less any reservation fee already paid on acceptance of offer) on formal conclusion of the purchase agreement as witnessed by a Notary Public together with an irrevocable promise to pay issued by a Swiss bank for the remainder of the
balance.
Transfer of ownership
Payment of the remaining balance of 80% on certified transfer of ownership
Fees and charges
Notary Public and Land Registry fees are borne equally between purchaser and vendor
